Fandom: Once Upon A Time
“Regina was stripping her trousers down. ‘C’mon, Emma. We both know only one thing can make you forget that your mother was killed over a series of pseudo-bestiality sex acts. And that’s a deep dicking from yours truly.’”

Kick Ass Ladies: Xena and Gabrielle
I said I wasn’t going to post Xena because she’s too obvious. And she really is a very, very obvious choice. So now I’m making a liar of myself. Posting her together with Gabrielle because posting them separately would be wrong.
Xena is like someone took your basic meathead muscle bound hero and shoved him into a woman’s body and a miniskirt. You don’t often see a woman portraying such a classically masculine character archetype. When you do they’re often a secondary character and are often made to be seen as not being sexually or romantically appealing. Xena was a character who was more masculine than a lot of men but she was still incredibly sexy.
Gabrielle was a bit different. She wasn’t a portraying a male character archetype at all. Gabrielle was a very feminine sort of character. She was shown as softer, more gentle than Xena. And she still kicked ass. A lot of it. Actually I think Gabrielle may be more of a bad ass than Xena in a lot of ways. We got to watch Gabrielle grow from a soft, peaceable girl into a super awesome warrior woman. She never became hard, just strong emotionally as well as physically.
I suppose I’m the only one seeing Regina = eventual hero of the series? Exactly like (now more than ever) Willow ended up being on Buffy. This is going to be an epic journey. :)

Latest Concept Art - ‘Courage’ (Wicked)
I’m really happy with how they both turned out (Elphaba is based on Dee Roscioli’s portrayal)- I think this one will lend itself well to an acrylic painting soon :) I have a cyclone of ideas buzzing around my noggin, having just seen the show (Christine Dwyer as Elphaba and Jeanna De Waal as Glinda in Orlando - Goose bumpingly brilliant!) - expect far too much more! x
